We all know two things — (a) the human body is a complex machine, (b) you reap what you sow. So, whatever we take inside our body, our body will have it, no matter how good or bad it is. Though our body has a system to remove waste, but what about the insertion of wrong fuel?
Consider a situation, you take your patrol car to refuel it at fuel stations, and the worker there fills your car with diesel. How you’ll react? Will you feel calm or lose your temper, at least inside you? Now, think this… how much your car costs? And how much your own body costs?
You can get your car repaired, you can even buy a new car every second year if not twice a year. Can you do the same thing with your own body? Can you bring your body as it is once it gets bad in some way? So, when we are so concerned about the right fuel in a car, then why we are so careless in our eating habits? Just for taste? Really? Is our tongue more important than our heart? Our lever? Our kidney? Or mind? If no, then what??

Brother, I am talking about the quality of food, the nutrition inside the same food, the biological changes in our body because of a change in the environment, and much more.
